California Connections: AI-Powered Communication for Hotels, Destinations & Events

ELEVATE GUEST EXPERIENCES WITH AI-POWERED COMMUNICATION

Travel organizations are being asked to do more with fewer resources, while guests expect instant, accurate answers across phone, web, and text. At the same time, information is often fragmented across teams, vendors, and systems.

Join us virtually on March 24, as GuestOS Founder & CEO Jessie Fischer shares how AI-powered communication is being used today to support hotels, destinations, and events—and how these systems can work together as one connected experience.

Drawing from real deployments across California, this session will cover:

  • How hotels, destinations, and events use AI differently while maintaining a hospitable, brand-aligned voice

  • How teams stay in control of their information and update content in real time

  • How AI handles over 70% of common visitor questions, reducing staff workload

  • How action items, call summaries, and transcripts turn conversations into operational follow-through

  • How analytics reveal what visitors are actually asking

  • How connected communication improves the visitor journey before, during, and after travel
