Alvaro Silberstein is the co-founder and CEO of Wheel the World, a travel company empowering people with disabilities to explore the world without limits.
Under his leadership, Wheel the World has enabled hundreds of thousands of people with disabilities to travel to over 200 destinations, collaborated with more than 100 DMOs across the U.S., and helped over 5,000 hospitality businesses verify, improve, and promote their accessibility through technology.
A lifelong wheelchair user, engineer, and MBA graduate from UC Berkeley, Alvaro was the first person in a wheelchair to complete the W Trek in Patagonia. He is recognized globally as a pioneer in advancing inclusive travel and accessibility innovation.
