Exhibitor fee includes: one full conference registration for one individual (includes all conference events) and all the basics for your Marketplace Lounge space: (assigned by CalTravel staff), signage, one draped 6’ round table and chairs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Special AccommodationsAttendees requiring individual dietary and/or physical accommodation to fully participate should contact CalTravel staff prior to June 3, 2011 at (916) 932-2580.
Cancellation / Refunds
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received by June 3, 2011 will receive a full refund less a processing fee of $75 per person. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 3, 2011.
